&lt;P&gt;The issue looks like there is something wrong with the Magenta toner cartridge or there might be a problem with the driver/settings. If you are able to place something face down on the glass and make a normal copy, the hardware should be fine. If the copies are fine, you can try reinstalling the drivers for the printer from our site using the link &lt;A href="https://www.csai.canon.com/support/p/color-imageclass-mf644cdw" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the copies are also pink, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 or logging into your MyCanon account to check your service options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an Imageclass printer. The printer will not stop printing magenta all over each page. I have purchased the canon printer cartridges and it still does it.
