Greetings,

I am able to select 1200 DPI in the print driver with the Remote UI set to 600 DPI. I haven't noticed a difference with text. I'm sure it makes graphics a little smoother.

So, there is the option in the Remote UI to set the print resolution to 1200dpi. But the option for 600/1200 still exists in the printer driver (I'm on a Mac), which defaults to 600. Does the driver setting override the Remote UI setting, or does the driver setting do nothing?

Thanks.

I also haven't noticed a difference with text, which is excellent either way. But with photos I'm not so sure. So I have 1200 selected in the Remote UI. I actually like the look of photos better with 600 selected in the printer driver instead of 1200. That's why I'm wondering if selecting 1200 in the Remote UI does something wonky to the printer driver, with 600 in the driver really being 1200 and selecting 1200 messing things up a bit.
