topic imageCLASS MF654Cdw: Scan to computer saves to two folders in Office Printers

I have successfully set up Scan to Computer on my Windows 10 desktop with destination folder /users/public/scans per the documentation. However, whenever I scan a document from the printer LCD panel I also get a second copy automatically saved to my user documents directory in a new subdirectory with the current date as its name e.g. , C:/users/kermit/documents/2025_01_16, which I then have to delete. Can someone please tell me how to keep the date folder from being generated and the second copy of the document from being generated?

SOLVED. Even though I'm using the LCD panel on the MF654Cdw, it is using the settings from the MF Scan Utility Software. I went to Settings in the software and changed the save folder to /users/public/scans for each of the scan options.
