    <description>&lt;P&gt;I use Windows 11 Home version 23H2. OS build 22631.4602. On HP Laptop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have my printer connected wireless to my home router. I honestly don't know much about the drivers or where to even look to find out what is downloaded. When I ran the setup, I made everything to auto update. I've printed test pages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need help figuring out why my printer is only printing blank pages now. I have had it for a year with no problems at all. Once the black toner got to 40% you couldnt read anything on the pages printed out in any color at all. So i changed out the black toner a few days ago and now it just prints nothing. I tried all of the maintenance options for cleaning. So far nothing works. I did notice before i ever changed the toner that after i would print something or just turn on the printer, the display screen would say "Correcting......Wait a moment" and it would sometimes do this for a few minutes straight. Ive never used the scanner or the copier on the printer. The drivers say they are up to date. I have no clue what to do next.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It would be helpful to know what operating system, version and build you are using the printer with?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What is it connected to and how?&amp;nbsp; USB, wired, wireless, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What drivers do you have installed.&amp;nbsp; If you are using Windows OS, are you able to print a test page?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem. The printer is 2 years old, has less than 200 pages printed and will only spit out blank pages...even the Windows test page is blank. The cartridges show black at 70% and the others at 30%. I run W11 and connect via USB. I also have the machine on my network, but don't use that as a print method...but it works to update the firmware.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
