Printing speed slower than it used to be on MF6632cdw

Somewhere along the way my MF632cdw started to print pages much slower.

I know that when I change the paper to coated or some other settings it will slow the speed to print better etc but if I am just printing a bunch of pages it is now always printing at that low speed

How do I change the default back so that on regular jobs the speed is back?

1.What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?

2.Are you connecting via USB or is it over a network?

3.Are copies from the glass or ADF slow as well?
