      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The issue does look like a problem with the hardware. You can try a new power source to see if it resolves the issue. Before plugging the printer into the new power source, you can press the power button 10 times while the printer is unplugged.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you continue to run into issues with the display, it looks like the printer needs service. To check your service options, you can log into your MyCanon account or contact support at 1-800-652-2666.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
