      <title>imageCLASS MF249dw 'Fail to Aquire Image' error when scanning</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp; I put the papers in through the top feeder and the papers seem like they scan fine,&amp;nbsp; but on my PC screen once all the papers go through,&amp;nbsp; I get a little pop up box that says 'failed to acquire image'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I sprayed canned air, hard to see but doesn't look like there's a jam . Google says either camera lens is blurry,&amp;nbsp; etc.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone gotten this error?....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Failed to acquire image would point to a driver issue. If you are using Windows 11, you can try installing the latest version of our drivers and MF scan utility from our &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-mf249dw" target="_self"&gt;support page&lt;/A&gt;. They will be at the top of the list and will say recommended above them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once installed, you can try a test scan using the &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART163532" target="_self"&gt;MF scan utility&lt;/A&gt;. If you continue to have issues, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
