IR 1025iF & Mac OS 10.11.1 - Stack Bypass for Env & Letter-Sized Paper

Using Driver 10.08.1 for the Mac.

All works smoothly except for printing from the Stack ByPass.

For envelopes, I have set BYPASS STD SET Paper Size to COM10

Do I have to manually reset this value on the machine to LTR each time I wish to print on letterhead?

Is there a way to control this from my Print Dialogue box on the Mac?
