LBP632CDW Manual Feed Tray not working

Brand new LBP632CDW not printing from manual feed tray. Paper pulls in correctly all the way into the printer. Looks like settings ok but went printing a document, pulls from regular tray (which works ok). Followed directions in manual but no clear solution seen to fix this problem.

I have the same issue. I’ve had this printer for months, but have never been able to print from the bypass tray. I'm trying to feed Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy.
