Until recently, I was able to print single envelopes from MS Word to my printer. I would insert the envelope into the multi-use tray, create the envelope in MS word, hit print and it was done.

Now, I cannot get it to work anymore.

I have reset the printer, and it was no help.

Thank you for your reply. I'm just running a mail merge in Microsoft Word. Every other printer I've ever owned has been able to handle this with no issues. I don't think it has anything at all to do with the software; the issue is the printer will not pull an envelope through the multi-purpose tray, or even Tray 1. They are both causing the printer to report a jam, but the envelope is unharmed in every instance, so it's not a true jam in the sense that you normally would think of the word.
