    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're referring to the inability to scan on systems running windows 11 and feature release 24H2, it l's affecting multiple brands (including HP).&amp;nbsp; I'd do my research before packing things up.&amp;nbsp; The issue appears to be with Microsoft.&amp;nbsp; They claimed to have released a fix but the reports have not been positive thus far.&amp;nbsp; I've postponed applying 24H2 for the time being.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;got a new laserjet MF656CDW all in one&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;printing, copying works fine, scanner does not, installed all the software and the scan utility on the computer says can't connect&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;found other people writing about this issue, and thinking to return this and get an HP&lt;/P&gt;</description>
