    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got a new desktop running Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; I have tried so many times to install the software for my ImageClass MF236n and each time I get everything loaded, it says "Error" and doesn't print.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't show what type of error or even have a code.&amp;nbsp; It worked fine, but one day I had to scan something.&amp;nbsp; I didn't have the scan utility so I went to Canon website and downloaded the scan utility from there.&amp;nbsp; After that, it didn't print or anything.&amp;nbsp; Now, I'm so deep in this rabbit hole I'm ready to scream.&amp;nbsp; Is there anyone that can help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does the new computer have an &lt;STRONG&gt;ARM&lt;/STRONG&gt; CPU? Many new computers do. They have a special &lt;STRONG&gt;Windows 11 for ARM &lt;/STRONG&gt;version. Not compatible with drivers for Intel and AMD processors.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could possibly have the printer work with Windows ARM's built-in drivers, but you wouldn't have all the expected functionality.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
