Hello,

I recently bought the Canon MF655Cdw printer. I’ve installed the GPlus_PCL6_Driver_V311_32_64_00 driver and the additional software, MF Scan Utility version 1.21.0.2, from the Canon website.

The printer is connected to my home router via Wi-Fi, and I’m using a computer with Windows 10 system. I tested the printer wirelessly, and it prints without any issues.

However, I'm experiencing a problem with scanning documents wirelessly. After installing the MF Scan Utility version 1.21.0.2 software, I get the following message when I try to open the program: "A scanner driver supporting this software is not installed. Install and try again" (see the image below).

Can you please help me understand what I’m doing wrong? Everything seems to be installed correctly, but I’m still seeing this message. I would appreciate any assistance.

Thank you!

PS

Do I have to also install this Master Setup V1.10 to make it work?
