If you have the printer plugged directly into the power outlet (not into a power strip or extension cord of any kind) and your unit is stuck in a boot loop, I recommend contacting support so they can review your options with you one-on-one. Support is available during the week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ET) at 800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666).

I tried to plug it directly to different outlet and no luck. Too k the power out for an hour and I tried . No luck.
