I did not select the color correction during the initial setup. Is there a way to get back to that or another process?

Not helpful, as it's not titled the same. In the setup, it calls it "using color calibration." shadowsports, below, had a much better answer, where it uses the term "adjust color gradient."

Yes, as shadowsports also showed you, it's in the manual. There's also Correct Color Mismatch. It was difficult to tell from your OP which correction procedure you were talking about. That's why some time spent with the manual, which is not the most intuitive, is helpful.
