Repair location for MB 5120 printer

Good day. Looking for a repair site for ##MB 5120 which took a tumble. We purchased a ##Maxify GX 6021 (around $700) to replace it but the auto feed does not scan double side. it has be done manually, which is very inconvenient when I scanning multiple double sided documents

any suggestion for a repair site in the Chicago area.

I contacted Canon, but even though we just purchased a rather expensive printer, they still want an additional $19.99/ phone call. I think it is an unnecessary nickle and diming.

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers that work on this model, but you can check for any third-party office equipment/printer repair in your area. Outside of the 1-year warranty, you can contact our sales team at 1-800-385-2155 and use our Upgrade program. The program would give you a discount and free shipping on a replacement printer.
