&lt;P&gt;If the color is not printing at all, you can try one or two &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART179804" target="_self"&gt;deep cleanings&lt;/A&gt;. If you print a nozzle check and the color portion is still blank, it looks like there might be air in the color ink lines and you can try performing a &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART182960" target="_self"&gt;color only ink flush&lt;/A&gt; to clear any air from the color ink lines.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have problems printing in color, it looks like the printer might need service. In this situation, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. They would be happy to assist with checking the hardware and can provide any service options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MAXIFY GX6021 not printing colors</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My GX6021 has less than 1600 sheets printed.&amp;nbsp; It has worked great.&amp;nbsp; But now it has stopped printing in color.&amp;nbsp; I access the printer via Wi-Fi and the results have been the same regardless of originating computer, operating system or app used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted and run deep clean about four times and it still comes up without color.&amp;nbsp; I checked the support chat bot and it has not information on cleaning heads.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
