    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have already &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-1738-zz-SS-enUS/contents/SS735_maintenance_0242.html" target="_self"&gt;removed the toner cartridges&lt;/A&gt; and checked the locations in the link &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART167610" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; for jams and you continue to get a jam error, it looks like the printer needs service. It will usually mean a part of the paper feed is damaged or there is an obstruction in the path that can't be reached.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can check your available service options by logging into your MyCanon account or calling 1-800-652-2666.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new problem…the screen says PAPER JAM. &amp;nbsp;I researched faq’’s and canon site; however after looking everywhere snide printer, removing paper tray and opening every door that opens, I couldn’t find any paper jam anywhere. &amp;nbsp; Is there another place to look, since I’ve searched every nook and cranny. &amp;nbsp; It would be awesome if canon provided more exact information like a schematic (?), (and photos always help me), but I don’t see any other helpful information. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Hope you have suggestions. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;HAPPY HOLIDAYS. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
