After updating my iPhone 15 to iOS 18.1, when I select Canon MF240 on my iPhone, I get "No Printer Selected." I can still print from my iPad, which runs on an older iOS version. I downloaded the firmware dated June 2024 and that didn't help. Thanks.

If you are having problems with printing after the update, you can try downloading and installing our Canon Print Business app. If you already have the app installed, you can uninstall and reinstall to make sure you have the latest version. If you continue to have issues, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.
