MF741 Load Paper Error

I have a MF741, the out of paper error comes on when tray has paper. The only way to print is to push the Tray selector when the error comes on the screen,

I have completed all the obvious testing steps. Changed Setting, tried different paper, etc.

I can print without any issues from my iPhone with no error messages. Two laptops have the same errors. All drivers are the newest.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

If you are getting a load paper error and have to press an option on the display to allow the print, it looks like there is a paper setting mismatch. In this situation, I would suggest checking the registered paper size for the paper drawer using the steps in the link HERE. You can check it to make sure it matches the paper size that you are selecting from your computer.
