Imageclass LBP6030w can't connect to printer

Canon ImageClass LBP6030w

Mac OS 13

Firefox browser

I have been all over web support and YouTube for this issue and am terribly frustrated.

Installed, reinstalled (4x?) with printer off and disconnected, and still getting error message that "the printer is unreachable at this time".

Printer is on, wifi light is blue. I have attempted with both the USB cable and wifi with no results.

I am on deadline and need to print.

1.Are you only running into the issue while printing from Firefox?

2. When you click the option to add the printer, is the add printer window black or does the printer's name appear instead?
