No signs. I put in some paper and printed with the same as the envelopes. But when I put envelopes it would not print.

Envelopes can be loaded into the paper cassette in lieu of paper or one at a time using the multipurpose feeder. You can use the print driver or Microsoft word to print envelopes.

I am using the printed envelopes as instructed. However, it does not print.

I have put regular paper to does print the dimension envelopment .

Sorry but I'm not following your post. First, you said you couldn't print on envelopes. Then you said you're using a printed envelope and now you're talking about dimension envelopment.

Sorry for confusion.

Still cannot print on envelops.
I took regular piece on paper 8.5 x 11 see if I can see printing on same on size as the envelope. Yes it printed. So nothing is wrong with printer.
