      <description>&lt;P&gt;With printers, such as my MF743, I can program the weight of the paper being used. I don't know if that extends to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;LBP622Cdw.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it doesn't, and the paper jam message keeps coming up, I'd give Customer Support a call to see if they can determine what the cause is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
