imageClass MF227dw: Unable to print music

While my imageClass MF227dw prints text without trouble, it usually provides only a large black rectangle when I try to print music. When my wife tries printing the music on her printer, it works fine. I've installed a new driver for my imageClass. What can I do?

Thank you! I'm using Mac Sonoma 14.4.1. I've tried and failed to print from Safari, Preview, and Adobe reader.
