    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Initially, I had issues with my GX6021 not printing C, M and Y.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I performed several "Cleanings" and "Deep Cleanings" until I finally got C and M to print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Yet, Y still will not print.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I even installed a new maintenance cartridge which is over half full now. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All ink bottles are 80% full.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had this same issue a few weeks back and performed one "Deep Cleaning" which solved it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas to remediate?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have performed several cleanings and deep cleanings and the color is missing completely, it looks like there is air in the ink lines. In this situation, you can try a color only ink flush using the steps in the link &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART182960" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. Once the flush is complete, you can try a nozzle check or test print to see if the yellow appears.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
