    <description>&lt;P&gt;In reply to your questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a new issue after years of no problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No error messages, but sometimes it asks for a paper selection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the latest Win 10 update installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I uninstalled the Canon drivers and reinstalled the latest version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP!&amp;nbsp; This new issue is creating real problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Preferences are set to tray 1 or auto--I tried both.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I deleted the drivers and reinstalled them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you get a message on the printer to confirm/change the paper settings on the display to start the printing, it usually means the incorrect printer driver is being used. You can try reinstalling the current version of the Windows driver from our site using the link &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/color-imageclass-mf634cdw" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. It will be at the top of the list and will have Recommended written above it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If reinstalling the drivers did not resolve the issue, you can also check the &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-1738-zz-SS-enUS/contents/SS735_basic_0082.html#0224_h1_01" target="_self"&gt;paper settings for the tray&lt;/A&gt; you have the paper loaded into. Make sure it matches the paper size and type that you are selecting in the print window on the computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
