The paper jammed and when I tried to pull it out, the paper tore along the perforations. What is left can only be grabbed with tweezers but is very firmly jammed and I don’t want to pull on it for fear of breaking something. I have read the manual and tried what it suggested for paper jams with no luck. Can a local print shop fix this or am I screwed? If you are still unable to remove the entire piece jammed paper, I suggest removing the pieces that you can reach and then turning the print off and on one more time.</P> <P>If you continue to run into issues, it looks like the printer needs service.
