    <description>&lt;P&gt;Open the MF Scan Utility, and then open Network Scanner Settings from its top menu bar under MF Scan Utility. &amp;nbsp;If you can do that delete anything that's there and add your printer using its IP address. &amp;nbsp;If that works change that IP address to Static in the printer web UI and your router. &amp;nbsp;If Network Scanner Settings won't open (a common problem) update us here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>imageCLASS MF273dw prints and copies OK but won't scan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MF273dw my first new multi function in years. I can copy from the printer and from my Mac - all using Wifi. What I am unable to do is scan. Ops screen keeps saying connect to computer &amp;gt; no connection. I have downloaded and installed the scanner and printer drivers. In my applications folder, I see a Canon MF Utilities icon. On my Mac "settings", it shows a printer added "bonjour multifunction" but no scanner. I am totally lost at this point. With the info I have provided, how do I connect the scanner portion to the Mac??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
