    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have an MX925 which is great - when it works! &amp;nbsp;It has already been sent back twice for coming up with the message Printer not responding. &amp;nbsp;Having looked on the boards here I have tried the wiping the white "tape" near the ink cartridges, but that has made no difference at all. &amp;nbsp;The connection between printer and laptop is fine. &amp;nbsp;Can anyone help with this problem please. &amp;nbsp;Surely a Canon printer shouldnt have to be returned to the seller every 2-3 months for this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
