My GX2020 is printing with lines in the magenta. I did the regular cleaning 2 times and the deep cleaning once. The printer is less than a year old. I posted this yesterday but couldn't find it to see if anyone commented.

Hello,

The image looks like the print head is clogged or there is air in the color ink lines. If you have tried several deep cleanings, you can try reseating the print head using the steps HERE. If you continue to run into problems, you can try replacing the ink in the color printhead using the steps HERE to clear any air from the ink lines.

I found that if I change the paper type to high gloss when printing a photo I don't get streaks. Unfortunately that option is not available in other apps with a picture in the document such as MS Word.
