&lt;P&gt;If the prints are completely blank after changing the black toner, you can try removing the toner to check id any packing material is still attached the toner cartridge. You can check for any protective film or orange material that needs to be removed. If you continue to run into any issues, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Last year, I&amp;nbsp; already did as you advised. When I&amp;nbsp; contacted Canon support, I&amp;nbsp; did some troubleshooting under guidance with Canon staff. There was no fix. When I&amp;nbsp; tried to return the cartridge, I was advised that returns are only accepted within 15 days. I had bought the cartridge to have on hand when I&amp;nbsp; got the warning that the ink was low. Since I&amp;nbsp; was not refunded for the cartri, I bought a Brother printer instead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
