    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the Canon PIXMA MX490 series printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently it will not function. The power light is on but I have no access to the menu(it does not show up). The only way I can power it down is by unplugging it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone shed some light on this, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
