&lt;P&gt;The individual settings vary by email provider.&amp;nbsp; M365, Gmail, Comcast, Yahoo, etc.&amp;nbsp; If you tell us which email provider you're using, I can probably help with the information that is needed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Take a look at &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-8695-zz-SSM-460-enUS/contents/devu-scan-prep.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;THIS&lt;/A&gt; page so you can tell the machine where to send the documents.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
