imageCLASS MF642Cdw Every other envelope prints upside down

Envelopes problem. mf642Cdw. When I go to print envelopes, every other envelope prints upside down. Is there a resolution to this? This just changed with I did software upgrade. Thank you.

What is the OS version and build you are printing from?

What application(s) are you printing from?

By upside down, do you mean the sender and recipient address's are rotating 180* or that printing is happening on the flap side of the envelope?
