Trying to install new printer.

Setup Guide references wireless SSID and Network key. Got it!! Where do I enter it?

Printer screen asking for encryption key settings. Where do I find it?

Entered profile with Canon but can't find a way to email support.

Frustrating.

Any help/sympathy appreciated!!

Have a look at this KB Article, it should help:

The printer requires a 2.4Ghz broadcast that supports WPA/WPA2 encryption. If you are using a dual or tri-band router, I recommend that you give each broadcast a unique name, or temporarily disable the other broadcasts while you make a connection to the 2.4Ghz network.
