topic imageCLASS D1650: Low toner print issue in Office Printers

I have been deploying imageCLASS D1650's in a medical facility with currently about 4 out. The last one I put out, I got a report from the user they are having issues with printing from their medical software and they got a notification that the toner is at 20%, which was also affecting fax's. I resolved the error with the fax and those will now print with low toner, and printing from windows was working fine, but I am still having issues printing from the medical software. I've taken that toner and put it in another one of my printers and had a user attempt prints from the system. It only errors on the one system. The medical software support states they are getting their prints blocked.

Is there something else with the printer I should be looking for settings wise? They have all been set up the same so I don't know what could possibly causing a hiccup.

Hello,

If it is only happening from one computer to a specific printer, I suggest contacting support directly when you are near the printer. Our support team is available Monday through Friday at 1-800-652-2666. They are open from 9am to 6pm eastern time and would be happy to check what might be causing the issue.
