      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning everyone. May I know how to add Department ID to MF Scan Utility and Canon Print Business App? Apparently only print is supported on both laptop and Print Business App but not for scan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Canon Business App, it show error as "Could not complete the job. Select [Remote Scanner] on the printer if it is not set. But I already enable Remote Scanner from the printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on MF Scan Utility, it show error code "162,0,0"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any setting that I should done, or should I enable "Enable scan on unknown ID" from printer setting?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Printer is MF631Cn&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#MF631Cn&lt;/P&gt;</description>
