      <description>&lt;P&gt;LBP623Cdw with Windows operating system 11&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read that the IPP drivers windows automatically installs can lead to problems recognizing the paper, a problem which I'm having.&amp;nbsp; I deleted the IPP drivers and I am trying to install Canon drivers.&amp;nbsp; I used the link.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://global.canon/en/support/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://global.canon/en/support/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are 9 drivers. I chose the most recent one to download. It will not recognize my printer on the network even when I tell it to turn on sleeping printers or wake the printer manually. Therefore I cannot continue the setup of the printer.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I make this work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you continue to have issue with printer detection, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
