&lt;P&gt;If you are not getting an error and the printer says that it is ready, it would point to a setting or print system issue. In this situation, i suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be able to check your program and windows printer settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
