    <description>&lt;P&gt;I get this error message more often than not:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cannot communicate with any of the scanners.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The scanners may not be connected, or may be turned off.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The OS is 10.14 OSX - However the problem has existed is 10.10&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This is a new machine; new configuration (not transferred or upgraded).&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The firmware is upgraded. I reset the printer 644cdw to factory and reconfigured.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Wifi is in the same room less than 10' away. It's a new DECO x75 Pro (2.4, 5, and 6GHz). The IP address is fixed with a reservation. I have set the network settings in the software to the IP and the Bonjour address.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I can scan with the iOS business print. I can print. I can access the UI and the UI says scanning is available. Scanner works locally and via iOS app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;What am I missing here? The printer is on 2.4GHz, the Mac Book Pro (M3) is on 5ghz and 6HZ. IPs work no firewalls. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are able to print and scan consistently from other device and only have the issue when scanning from the Mac, it will usually point to a network communication issue or security or a service on the computer is causing interference. In this situation I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. They can check what is causing the communication issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
