topic imageCLASS LBP622Cdw: Hazy printing on back where toner has already been applied on front. in Office Printers

I'm using the ImageClass LBp622CDW.

The printer is printing in a blueish, hazy hue on the back side of the page. The front prints just fine, but when I go to flip the paper and reprint on the back, it doesn't print nicely except on the spots where it didn't print on the front (in my case the white letters).

As you can see in the image, the spots where there are letters is where it prints dark, whereas everywhere else is hazy.

I'm thinking this could be due to the toner on the front side making the toner not stick well on the back side by maybe interfering with the charging process?

If anyone else has experienced this or knows how I can fix it that would be great. Thank you!

Hello,

The images look like there is a problem with the toner sticking to the paper or the printer needs service. In this situation, you can try another type of paper to see if you run into the same issue. If you have the same issue on another type of paper designed for laser printing, you can try adjusting the settings.

You can try using some of the special processing features using the steps in the link HERE. You can try changing the setting for reduce condensation, correct uneven gloss or corr void on paper back side.
