    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! Were you ever able to solve this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have updated my OS, updated the printer's drivers, restarted both, uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and drivers, reset settings, etc. Nothing seems to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to print on my canon mf3010 printer, it says "waiting" but there are no other print jobs in line...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset it with the power plug &amp;amp; does not help. &amp;nbsp;I have also cleaned the print head. &amp;nbsp;Still does not work. Help!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
