Hi all,

MF753Cdw with latest firmware update. Everything works fine until recently where it starts to copy with blue and black dots on paper. The printer still prints just fine though. Any thoughts on what went wrong and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Does the problem occur when the document is placed on the bed, fed into the auto feeder or both? 🤔

I would also run the onboard Maintenance tasks to see if any of them help.

Copying and scanning requires the unit to visually read a document. If there is something up with the circuitry that reads the document, I suspect it would also manifest itself when a document is scanned.

Do scanned documents look OK? 🤔

If they do, I think a call to Canon Support would be worth it so an agent can determine if the unit needs to be serviced.
