Hello,

We have the Color ImageCLASS MF642CDW and we are unable to copy double-sided documents through the paper feeder. Our only option is double--> double-sided so it only takes the front of the pages to make double-sided copies.

In the manual we are supposed to be able to select 3 types of double-sided copying, but we only have 1 choice. Is there anything we can do to change the settings or is it our model that does not allow the same options that the manual shows us?

If the optioning is being checked from the control panel, try logging into the unit via the GUI to see if there are any other options available to try. 🤔

The MF642Cdw has a simplex automatic document feeder. This means the ADF does not support single pass duplex scanning.
