I've rearranged buttons on the display of our MF460 series previously but today it is not working. I sign into the web interface and am able to edit the buttons in both view and list modes but upon pressing "OK" they revert back to their original locations. I've power cycled the printer, tried multiple browsers, I'm at a loss!

Greetings,

Just a guess. Is it possible you have added more button than memory is available for?

If you haven't added any button, and have only moved them, it might be something else.

No, I hardly have any buttons added and it does it even when simply moving a button, not adding any at all.
