&lt;P&gt;If the prints and copies are comping out blank it would point to a problem with the hardware, or the toner cartridge needs to be replaced. In this situation, you can try reseating the toner cartridges using the steps in the link&lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-0300-zz-SS-enUS/contents/SS8580_maintenance279_howtoreplacetonercartridges.html#13020020" target="_self"&gt; HERE&lt;/A&gt;. While the toner is out of the printer, you can gently shake the cartridge from side to side to make sure the toner is evenly distributed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that does not resolve the issue and the black and color copies are still blank, it looks like the printer needs service. You can also try replacing a toner cartridge to see if anything appears in the prints or copies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
