MF753cdw suddenly won't print letterhead logo -

2 weeks ago, printer printed letterhead, pictures, etc. with no issues. Suddenly, last week, my letterhead will not print the logo - text only. I have made no changes to printer settings and all updates are promptly done.

Can anyone suggest what the issue may be? Thank you.

I appreciate the quick response. I did get some information from another computer specialist I know and I was able to get the problems fixed. Apparently, when latest Windows 11 update came through, my settings for backgrounds, etc. was unchecked. Again, I thank you and the community. I'm sure I may need help or might be able to offer help in the future!
