      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have installed all the updated drivers and hardlined the printer with a usb printer cable.... but when I try to scan from the computer or to the computer the printer/scanner says "Connect Computer" with no menu... It prints from the computer but won't send scans back to the computer...? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you can print, but can't scan and have already installed the MF drivers from our support site, you can try downloading and installing the MF scan utility from our Canon USA support site using the link &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-d570" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. To scan, the drivers and MFscan utility will need to be installed. If you continue to have issues, you can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OMG I run a small support business and have for over 25 years and I cant even get the scan utility to ruin either. This is ridiculse. There are not even any drivers under windows 11 you have to select windows 10/64 for the drivers to show. It works fine from the scanner to the PC but the scan utility does not work at all. Also noticed the windows scan app wont run tried using that and this was a first. Worthless I guess you get what you pay for, support is horriable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I figured it out works with the scan utility or any other scan utility of your choice BUT you need to put on the remote scan option on the printer before attempting to scan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.jpg" style="width: 4032px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/65184i8F0610D1EF10C026/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="image.jpg" alt="image.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
