Hello! I’ve recently purchased this newly printer and loving the product so far and am in need of urgent assistance as possible in regards to setting up my scan to email. I’ve gone through a few YouTube videos getting it setup through my UI portal settings but requires a certain SMTP number to put in and have no idea what info to put in that every time I email to scan gives me an error. Any input for my new printer would be most helpful and appreciated, thanks in advance!

Greetings,

The printer needs to be configured with a port, SMTP server, username, password and encryption if applicable.

It will provide guidance on the SMTP configuration to send mail from the printer. The mail provider you use is up to you. My example uses Gmail.
