      <description>&lt;P&gt;mf753cdw - windows 10. Trying to connect to printer using utility on software support page for this printer. Printer shows in list but when trying to register it as part of the installation process the wizard errors out with an unknown error and doesn't complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is helpful.&amp;nbsp; Can you answer the question I asked above?&amp;nbsp; How is the printer connected and to what please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd like to confirm all devices can communicate.&amp;nbsp; When you run the software are you seeing the prompt which asks if it can make changes to the Windows Firewall settings?&amp;nbsp; You need to allow this.&amp;nbsp; "Yes".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you running any 3rd party Anti-Virus software, something in addition to Windows Security?&amp;nbsp; This can block detection and installation of the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
